On the wall of the Prince-Bishops Palace of Liège, there is on the left an old black stone on which is engraved “LOIX PUBLIÉES DANS LE DÉPARTEMENT DE L’OURTE (Laws published in the Ourte Department)”. It’s one of the artefacts of the french period in Liège.
